class biotite.application_v2.sra.PrefetchDirectory(directory: Path, _temp_dir: TemporaryDirectory[str] | None = None)

A handle to the directory an SRA run was prefetched into.

It can be passed to a dump application to avoid downloading the run again.

Attributes:

directoryPath

The path to the prefetch output directory.
