Bases: IntEnum

Values accepted by the cluster_mode option.

Attributes:

SET_COVER: Greedy set cover, which minimizes the number of clusters.
CONNECTED_COMPONENT: Transitive clustering, as performed by BLASTclust.
GREEDY_BY_LENGTH: Greedy clustering around the longest sequences, as performed by CD-HIT.
GREEDY_BY_LENGTH_LOW_MEMORY: Like GREEDY_BY_LENGTH, but with a lower memory footprint.
