class biotite.application_v2.mmseqs.VerbosityLevel(*values)[source]#

Bases: IntEnum

Values accepted by the v option of every command.

Each level reports the messages of the preceding ones as well.

Attributes:

QUIET: Report nothing.
ERRORS: Report errors.
WARNINGS: Also report warnings.
INFO: Also report progress information.

QUIET = 0#

ERRORS = 1#

WARNINGS = 2#

INFO = 3#
